Frequently Asked Questions

We aim to get most items sent out within 3 working days. Delays may rarely incur when we are exhibiting at airshows or in the event of postal issues that are out of our control but you will be notified via email when your item/s have been sent. 

Please note that items sent internationally may take longer and could be subject to export charges.

Local delivery on some of our specialist framed stock may be available within a radius of 30 miles (please contact us for details)

Returns are only accepted in the event that item is incorrect, in some special circumstances we may accept a return but this remains at our discretion.

Most of our limited edition prints will come with a certificate of authenticity. A large majority of our signed prints and books have been signed by visiting and collecting signatures over several years from all over the world. Please see our history page to see our story of collecting and how we became great friends with veterans.

All signatures are authenticated by Vector Fine Art as original. None of our signatures have been copied or printed.

We have published many limited edition prints with world renowned aviation artists ourselves and have commisioned and launched new releases at several airshows throughout the years. 

We at Vector Fine Art pride ourselves with years of experience of meeting with veterans and dealing with autographs, state that all items sold are genuine and authentic.Vector strives to maintain an honest approach in all our dealings of collecting original signatures and offer a lifetime guarantee that all the signatures are authentic. If any purchaser has any doubts, he/she may send a written opinion from a recognised authority on autographs, together with the autograph. We may decide to gain our own second opinion and if it is to be in doubt of the authenticity of a certain signature(s), a full refund will be made to the customer. Vector will always put their customer satisfaction first, before any financial consideration.

Visits to “The Studio’ are by appointment only. We are flexible with our appointment times and always try and accomodate visits.

Our normal opening hours have been extended until 8pm.

We accept most payment methods including Paypal and most major banks, when purchasing an item our payment options will be displayed in your cart.

We send our prints rolled and packaged in parcel tubes. When your tube arrives it is best to remove the print from the tube as soon as possible and roll it out onto a flat surface with a book or something similar on each side to allow the print to flatten out naturally. We recommend that you do not use tape if you are intending on framing your prints.

To prevent discolouration of prints, try to display your prints away from direct sunlight.

All of our framed prints use acid free paper and are mounted using photo corners to protect the print and allow for re-framing in the future if required. We are now starting to use Tru Vue glass which is less reflective than ordinary glass and prevents glare on the artwork.
